After "some" time, finally work started on my new office. During my leave this time, they welded together a frame, attached it underneath the deck and started puzzeling together the office itself. Everything stainless steel (of course) :)
Chief assembler in charge, Johnny. He came on board as our new Crane Technician, and ended up building my office. Lucky guy! hehe :)
Doesn't really look much like an office, rather a meat storage of some sort :)

Princess of Norway
Just recovered from this weekend's cruise on DFDS Seaways' new Princess of Norway's Maiden Voyage between Haugesund to Newcastle. As we all can read in (for norwegian speaking only I'm afraid) Haugesunds Avis and Radio 102 they didn't get up to a good start. Personally it didn't affect me that much, being drunk og hung over most of the time, but they certainly have a few things to sort out. :) Best part, though, was the time spent on the piss in the centre of Newcastle. Was going to upload a few pictures from the trip, but it doesn't look like I took any. Ah, well, maybe next time :)
Anyway, it's about time to start packing for this months cruise on the Acergy Osprey. Joining in Tananger this time.
Until next time, bbfn...

Firework display in Stavanger
Another short clip from the firework display in Stavanger the laast day of the Oil Fare this summer. We were on our way home from work and decided to stay over in Stavanger an extra night.

Short trip at Sletta fishing
Well, it's almost time to get back to work again. 3,5 weeks at home enjoying the last breaths of summer now. We've actually had rain most of the time, but the last day or two - and a few days to come - looks to be very nice indeed. Went fishing on tuesday, the weather was not that great, windy and wavey, but we hit the jackpot and found ourself on top of a mackerel shoal. Had to stop at approximately 30 mackerels.
Back out at sea yesterday evening. Took some pictures of the beautiful sunset over "Kråkene" and "Røvær". No fish this time - except the 4 mackerels I threw back at sea :) Left my crab pot on the edge of "Kråkene" and hopefully there will be a couple crabs for me later tonight.
Will try to make Pasta with Crab, Parma ham and mint leaves. Witch reminds me, have to buy some white wine before they close at the liquer store this afternoon.
Ok, thats me for this time... See you on another page...

Yamarine 5400 Big Ride
The good old Yamarin 5400 Big Ride tied up and ready for some action in 3 weeks time. Hopefully. Last summer I had some uninvited guests onboard while I was away. Not very happy to come home to a robbed boat.
Btw: Bought this space on the jetty whilst sunbathing onboard Silveras and Fabios boat in Porto Ercole, Italy. :)

Blogging (again...)
Setting up a blog, rewriting templates and trying to get some sort of a system of some of the other blogs I have (had) around, is quite time consuming, and requires a bit of preperation. Hence the picture.
Was planning a long night, with a lot of coke to keep me up and going. But, alas, sleep provailed around 20:00... Woke up close to midnight and carried on... After a few cokes and a walk about on the Osprey.
Still bits and pieces to do with the blog(s), but atleast I'm getting somewhere...
Next project will have to be finishing the Porto Ercole 2006 holiday blog.
